Sir, I got one offer from one company after that they sent me the letter and i signed and sent to back. At that time i was working another company, then I resigned from my company because of that offer letter. Now this company playing drama they're not promising about job, i try to contact many time but they are not responding properly. I loos my old company job because of this company. In the offer letter they mentioned temporary visa for 3 to 6 month, and they told me that they will change to employment visa after join the company, when i received the offer letter i clearly told to them i need one month for complete my notice period and need 4,5 days for the cancelation purpose at that time they agree with that, but after one week they call me daily and informed that please come and join early we have pressure from client to start the work and they told me at least send the noc and visa cancelation paper before finish the notice period they want to start the visa process. Then i requested daily to my HR to cancel the visa and they provide me visa cancelation 6days before finish the notice period, but now my new company not giving promise for they job, this month 10th will be my last duty in my current company, since the second day (11th) i can't stay company accommodation i loose my job for that company, i have no idea what i will do
