Me and my father have joined fix account but after his death the account is freez. So according to sharia law do I will get half of amount or it will be shared by all members of family ?

Praise be to Allah and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, companions, and those who follow him, and thereafter. Please, be informed that:
1- If the account is in an Islamic bank and there are no profits / interests on it, then there is no sin on you.
2- If it is profitable, then you should both seek what is allowed out of it.
3- If you have real half of the money, take it and then the other shall be divided according to Sharia.
4- But if there is an interest-based bank, then you have to repent to Allah and get rid of all the benefits, then take your share as we mentioned.
