As, in regards to the disciplinary procedures in universities, a disciplinary committee must be assigned and after issuing its decision, it shall be effective. Knowing that, such a decision can be opposed with a grievance request at the university administration. If no change is made, the minister's decision can be appealed at the Administrative Court
