My company in dubai canceled me in feb 2020, and...
My company in dubai canceled me in feb 2020, and they keep holding my passport after cancellation, even though my passport is expired with them they still not give it to me for renewal, they are telling we will release the passport only if you exit the country or change your visa status, and this is not possible because i can't change visa while my passport is expired, now they absconded me, so they hold my expired passport for 8 months and also absconded me, what should i do? I made a complaint in labor, but the labor cant helo to remove the abscond.

Well thanks for the answer.Now im concerned more about the absconding, The company holding the passport and absconding me, what is the best way to force the company to rwmove the absconding.Hope you get my point.My case is that the company didn't release my passport so i could renew on time and get another visa, and they absconded me.I need your help to look in the situation as total, not only holding the passport.
