My question is about my contract, upon signing my contract last oct 2019, which i took picture with it, is says that 1 month notice and 1 month salary deductions, this is what i signed. And then aftert contract was release from the labor, they purge my signature and they change the agreement or what i signed from 3mos notice and 3mos equivalent salary if i dont finish the contract, now my question is what will i do and what contract thus matter, the one i signed or the one that is in the labor but they purge my signature. Please help me on this matter as i wanted / thinking to resign on this company

Dear, the contract signed by you is the legally recognized contract, otherwise you have the right to challenge the forgery of the contract with a complaint before the Public Prosecution if the contract was tampered with and the terms were changed that were not agreed upon. You have a copy of the contract, and this is stipulated in the law in Article (35) of the Federal Labor Law, with whom you can submit the complaint to the Labor Office to obtain a copy of the contract Thank you
