My labor court case is going on and final verdict will be given soon, meanwhile I wanted to get temporary work visa n took NOC from al enjaz . I was directed to twafouq from where they misunderstood that I want to go ahead with labor case cancellation . I dint realise what the document means until I was back home and upon sending image to an acquaintance got to know what it is .My queries are :1) will my court, labour case verdict get affected ?2) can this be undone ?

We would like to inform you that if they misunderstand and give you this document on condition that the work case is canceled, the case will be canceled
Therefore, you can retreat and go to them and ask that you be given a NOC to work for others while keeping the case
This is permissible as it is permissible to transfer the sponsorship to a new employer while keeping the case effective before the courts
