my landlord filed a case against me falsely during covid lockdown. i was not occupying's the property.so what happen is my tenancy got expired 10th november 2019 & i was not in town during 31st october to 4th january 2020 as govt issued my visa with wrong date of birth.so i had to stay unless i get a new visa in order to reach inside dubai. when i came back ,i immediately notify the landlord that i can not keep this apartment due to current financial situation and requested to take 2 months rental and close the matter. but they filed in lockdown and falsely claimed till january 27 from october 25th approx 12,876 aed and eviction period from 27 jan to jun 2 and accumulate 32000 aed which i can not pay at all.i got to know about it last month and how to re open case ,please advise.
