My complain is regarding one of the hotel...
My complain is regarding one of the hotel employee. He was just here at my room to deposit roti. My friend go inside to take the money. He put his hand on the bell and start ringing it. I came out and request him to don't do this. He start shouting and use abuse language. We give him money and he left. After few moments 8 gays came to fight with us at our room. These were from Da Afghan Restaurant Al qusais. Please note my complaint.

We would like to inform you that according to the Law, Article (10) stipulate that:
Criminal proceedings may not be instituted in the following offenses except on the basis of a written or oral complaint from the victim or his legal representative:
1. Theft, fraud, breach of trust and concealment of the proceeds if the victim is a spouse of the offender or one of his or her assets or branches, and these objects are not judicially, administratively or overburdened with another person.
2. The child shall not be extradited to those who have the right to request and be removed from the authority of his or her sponsor.
3. Refraining from performing maintenance, custody, lactation, or sentenced housing.
4. Insulting and slandering people.
5. Other offenses provided for by law.
The complaint shall not be admitted three months after the day the victim and the perpetrator learned of the crime, unless the law provides otherwise. This part of the penal notch
