We would like to inform you that you can travel and work in the State of Kuwait, with the following conditions:
1. Have a valid passport
2. Obtain a work contract in one of the authorities in the State of Kuwait
3.There is no objection to entering Kuwait
4. Passing the medical examination scheduled to travel to work in Kuwait
The first article of the decree of the Kuwaiti Foreigners Entry Law states that:
A foreigner may not enter or leave Kuwait unless he holds a valid passport issued by the competent authorities of his country or any other recognized authority, or he holds a document that acts as a passport and is issued by one of the aforementioned authorities.
The children of the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf are excluded from the provisions of the previous clause. For them, the identity card is sufficient.
The Minister of Interior shall lay down the necessary rules for determining this card in agreement with the countries mentioned in the previous paragraph.
