Hi sir, there's I facing some problem I want to what to do and how to get out from it, I make an accident before two months then we inform police the police said it's my fault and I should repair other vehicle which make accident with me because I haven't insurance that time, I said ok, then I went a workshop I repair my car there after two weeks this other vehicle driver called me and said he wants to repair his vehicle, I told him ok go that workshop I repaired my car there also then I'm pay them when your vehicle repair,they go that workshop and that time this Driver call me that the workshop need advance amount, I said ok today I'll give advance Money Workshop after my duty finish, then after duty I went and I give 100aed advance that workshop guy, then after 4 5 days this workshop closed and who's received the vehicle also not attending the phone calls and some times he attending the call he said always he'll return the vehicle today or tomorrow but he lie always becouse now 4 weeks finished and he didn't return the vehicle still, then I went police station to make complain against this guy to return the vehicle but police said go to the court and bring some papers on their then we will write your complaint, then I went the court I made there public prosecution they said to me make online complaint against him, then I make online complaint I paid 200aed, then I receive one messag your complaint is already successful and we will contact you soon, but after some hours I received other msg that the complain not approved, then I go police station and I talk them that I make complaint and its not approved, then the police officer call that guy who received vehicle in workshop after he missing with the car, he said police officer today he'll return the vehicle, police said to me ok today if he didn't return vehicle then come tomorrow here, then this guy makes phone switched off again whole day and other day I went police station again then other police officer calls him he said to the offer same today he'll return the vehicle that officer said me ok he'll return today otherwise if he not come police tomorrow, he didn't return vehicle I go other day police station they said ok go again court, and check your complaint why not approved, then other day vehicle pro she make in same police station complaint against me that I told them to go that workshop and no the vehicle missing, then other day police called me to the police station and asked me questions and said bring your passport I bring my passport and they take my passport after they give me date to go 1 November to the court, i really don't want what to do and what will happen to me even I going vacation for marriage December 5 I already given application for leave it's approved, please tell me what I should do and are I'll get any problem 1 November in court and did I can get my passport for my vacation ?
