I have a Persian 3 year old cat , one week ago I gave him his yearly vaccine and a worm pill ever since he got ill , he stopped eating and he has diarrhea, what’s the main reason ?

The cause maybe the result of negative vaccine reaction to cat health or an increase the dose of worms beyond the apermissible limit, and i advice you to take the cat to closest clinic ,because he must take fulid therapy IV and panterramycin+ sulphadimidine treatment for 3-4 days and multivitamins also to increase the level of imunity
