Since you both are muslims and want to get married in Tunia,
Regarding the documents required in order to marry a Muslim foreigner in Tunisia:
Since the marriage will take place in Tunisia, the applicable law is the Tunisian law, specifically the Code of Personal Status, according to the criterion of the place of conclusion of the contract.
According to the conditions established in Tunisia, the documents required for this purpose:
A birth certificate for both spouses (for the foreign spouse, it is certified by the consulate of his country of origin)
A copy of the national identity card for Tunisian and a copy of the passport for your foreign husband
A pre-marital medical certificate for both of you
A marriage license for the husband to be obtained from the Indian consulate in his country of residence
Also, as previously explained, it is possible for you to marry without moving to Tunisia,
Chapter 9 of the Personal Status Code regulates the power of attorney for marriage, in which it states, "The husband and the wife have the right to undertake their own marriage and to delegate whomever they want."
