It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to provide that according to the UAE Law stipulates the below:
Article 47
Any lawyer who violates the duties of his profession provided for in this law or acts in a way that detracts from his value, he shall be liable to one of the following disciplinary penalties:
1 - Warning, and it is a letter that addressed to the lawyer to look at what happened and ask him not to repeat it in the future.
2. Suspension from work for a period not exceeding two years.
3. Remove his/her name permanently from the table
Article 48
The complaint shall be submitted to the Committee for the Admission of Lawyers, if the violation was simple, and after hearing the statements of the parties, the penalty of the warning or suspension for a period not exceeding one month.
The lawyer may appeal against this decision within fifteen days from the date of his declaration or inform him to the Minister of Justice.
If the minor offense is repeated, or if the violation is serious, it referred to the Public Prosecution.
Article 49
The suspension of a lawyer prevents him from working and practicing ib the suspension duration
If he violates this, he is disciplined to remove his name permanently from the table. And may not be re-registered after being written off.
