It is not permissible for you to work in a company while you are on a partner visa, and to obtain work residency, it is:

  we would like to inform you the work permit is obtained after you get the work permit from the Ministry of Human Resources, which entitles the holder to enter the UAE for business purposes. It is valid for two months from the date of issuance. The company then arranges for the worker to obtain a residence permit within 60 days, including a medical examination, resident ID card and a passport stamped indicating that the worker resides in the country on bail of the company in which he/she works.
