We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law that provided a legal protection for wages as below article states:
Article (56):
 Workers who are hired at an annual or monthly wage are paid at least once a month and all other workers are paid at least once every two weeks.
Therefore, not paying wages on the specified dates by law is considered a legal offense with which a complaint shall be filed at the work and workers department attached to it the bank statement to show that the salary has not been received and then claim it through this authority. In the event that the complaint is proven, you may leave work according below:
 
 Article (121):
 The worker may leave work without warning in one of the following two cases:
A- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
B- If the employer or his representative legally assaults the worker.
 
Moreover, the worker keeps all his rights and end-of-service indemnity, the worker may grant permission to change the work authority without the need for non objection from the sponsor, and it is also possible to submit an electronic complaint by entering this link:  Make a complaint

i am on probation period. and company did not give me salary company did not show me the contract i am working in company without salary and now i wanna exit because i am not happy with the employer. Then company has right to ban me or demanding the money for visa costs etc?

Dear if you did not sign a work contract or a job offer by the employer, you can leave the job, without any legal responsibility, you have the lesson not to sign to leave work and with regard to wages, you can prove the work and claim the wages owed to you by submitting a complaint to the labor office

Thanks for your response sirbut company give me visa and my medical is done my fingerprint is done. but I did not receive emirates ID. I signed a paper when they apply visa but that was the single paper and then i take the contract copy from tasheel I saw where I signed that was the last page. And I am not agreed on this contract. They did not show me full contract sir. And now when I demand the salary they just give me 400 AED. Just tell in this case what i can do?just give me the advice.

It is clear that your signature on the work contract has been taken, but the best way is to settle with the employer and agree to end the work amicably so that there is no justification for banning you from the employer. The matter from the friendly point of view is better than the legal one because of the weakness of your legal position with the presence of your signature
