Sir as i told you I start a job in a printing company and company did not give me any offer letter and also did not show me MOL Contract and I was also don't know about all these thing because this was my first job in UAE. He mention my salary in contract 700 AED. Even company comet with me we will give you 3000 AED. when I take the contract from center I was shocked when I saw 700 AED. I am on Probation Period sir. he did not give me the salary 700 AED still when I asked abut salary company just give me 400 AED. I wanna resign from this company in probation period. can you tell me how labor law deal with me even I am not guilty. And what will be the penalty on me. And how i can exit from this company safely. Also one thing more my contract was limited and my probation period was started 24-08-2020 and complete 24-11-2020

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, for termination and change the employer, if you are in the probation period then you don’t have the right to terminate the work or the employer will ask for compensation and ban you and file absconding report.
As below articles state:
Article 37
The worker may be appointed under probation for a period not exceeding six months and the employer may dispense with the services of the worker during this period without warning and without end of service reward. The worker may not be appointed. Under experience more than once with one employer, and if the worker successfully passed the period of the experiment and continued to work, the period of service shall be calculated.
So the employer can terminate the worker without rights in the probation period if the worker doesn’t fit the work.
Article (116):
Where a contract is revoked by the worker for reasons other than those stipulated in Article (121), he shall be required to compensate the employer for any damage the latter sustains as a result, provided that the amount of compensation shall not exceed half a month wage for three months or for the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
So you will be forced to pay the visa expenses, but if thee probation period is finished then you can file resignation as below :
Article (113)
An employment contract shall terminate in any of the following cases:
1. By mutual agreement of the Parties, provided that the worker's consent is given in writing;
2. Upon expiry of its term, unless it has been expressly or implicitly extended according to the provisions of this Law;
3. For the convenience of either party to an indefinite term contract, provided that the provisions of this Law concerning the notice and the valid grounds of termination without arbitrariness are adhered to.
***However, it is possible to go to the labor office and submit a labor complaint and explain the matter in detail. The complaint can also be submitted electronically through the Ministry of Labor website by entering this government link, and in the event that it is proven wrong that the employer may grant permission to change the employer without the condition of obtaining a non-objection from the sponsorSubmit an electronic labor complaint
