Thank you for your reply. However, to clarify that the whole process I am doing myself through an agent which is working with IFZA who has recently merged with DSO.To clarify step by step:- I decided to start my own company with IFZA through an agent- When I received the documents including the certificate from IFZA that the company was officially set up, the only thing I needed was my evisa to start the processing of my new UAE ID, medical etc.- However, about 3 weeks ago IFZA "decided" to merge with DSO so, therefore, I need to receive a new establishment card and now DSO is providing me with the evisa- Waiting now for approximately 2 weeks (where I am already in overstay), and there reasoning for the delay is my nationality, which is Suriname. So the process needs to be done by scratch.- All is paid from my side for the company and the visa however I am not receiving anything and it is causing quite an inconvenience with multiple things as for e.g. not being legally here in the UAE, expired UAE ID, no medicial insurance, getting notifications for closing certain services as my UAE ID is not up to date etc.My question: Do I still contact the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for this? Or another department.
