Salamalaikum, My father had a shop in burdubai and since he couldn't pay rent the court closed it.My father was on employee visa but partner in the trade license and no other partner except the sponsor 51% and father 49% .It's been 5 years he is unable to pay back and we are in our own problems .I went to charity Bait Al Khair but they need valid visa .My father is in the country without visa since 5 years . 1)How can I know if he is banned from travelling 2)how can I renew or apply for visa
