The following documents must be submitted:
- Emirates ID Card (copy and original)
- No objection certificate
- Certificate of sight examination
- A copy of the passport with a valid residence visa in Dubai
- Two passport-size photographs
- A copy of the driver's license from the home country (if any)
After that, you should check with a motorcycle driving school and after passing the training sessions, you can apply to choose the Roads and Transport Authority in order to obtain the license.
The fees to be paid to issue a motorcycle driving license are 200 dirhams
