We would like to inform you that if you wish to work in the United States temporarily as a non-immigrant, so under the US Immigration Law you need a visa specific to the type of work you intend to do. Most categories of temporary employees require that the prospective employer or agent provide a certified application by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services Administration before you could apply for a work visa.

All applicants for H, L, O, P, and Q visas shall obtain a certified application by the Citizenship and Immigration Services Administration. The application and Form I-129 shall be certified before you could apply for a work visa at the US Embassy. When your application is certified, your employer or agent will receive a work notification, Form I-797, which acts as a confirmation notice for your application. The consular officer will verify the authenticity of the application through the State Department's Applications Information Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during your interview.

You shall bring your I-129 application receipt with you in the interview at the US Embassy to verify that the application has been verified.
