An individual can apply for a seasonal work contract to Italy by communicating with an employer in Italy, with a relative of the applicant being in Italy.
Having a relative inside Italy will spare you from exposure to any kind of fraud, and he will also be a mediator for you with the employer.
Submission is made by photocopying the first three pages of the passport and sending it to the employer, either directly or through a guaranteed intermediary.
The employer will register the applicant in the applicant’s records for seasonal work contracts and will receive in exchange for this a receipt that the applicant or the mediator must see in order to make sure that it is actually registered.
It takes two or three months to be approved, and then two or three more months to get the seasonal work contract and send it to the applicant.

A duly signed and filled out application form by the applicant
Two recent passport-sized color photos (not more than 6 months old)
A passport not more than 10 years old
Passport validity is a minimum of 90 days starting from the expiration date of the requested visa

The UAE visa is valid for 90 days from the expiration date of the required Schengen visa
No objection letter from the sponsor * Form A specifying the salary
* If the applicant is a partner in a local company, he / she must provide a trade license and cover letter.
Documents to be submitted by the Italian company:
Invitation letter from an Italian company drawn up in Italian (Form C)
A copy of the ID of the person who signed the invitation letter
Certificate of incorporation issued by the Italian Chamber of Commerce
Reservation of an airline ticket to return.
Proof of residency:
Hotel or other proof of residency mentioned in the invitation letter
