I read your post on corona virus, I have few issues sharing with you if you can help or guide please let me know because I know courts here are taking long time even to settle a small issues therefore I don't want to take this in court.
One of our staff got corona virus from a guest due to which health prevention authority Sharjah told as to be quarantine for 14 days and they are taken our ID# to register as in the system as we are living in the same floor our HR told us to be quarantine for 14 days now after completing the 14 days our HR refuse to pay for the salary as they said they will not give as sick leave because there is no sick leave certificate where the health protection authority give us the certificate of 14 days quarantine.

We would like to inform you that according to the Ministerial Decision and given the exceptional circumstance due to the pandemic's pandemic, and with the issuance of the ministerial decree that was in the interest of the employer more than it is in the interest of the worker in terms of termination and reducing the human resource wage No. 270 for the year 2020, which was approved to preserve the business interest, which at the same time and in accordance with the text of Article (2) of the decision, which gave the employer the right to the following:
1- Reducing wages
2- Granting the worker a paid leave
3- Granting the worker unpaid leave, and this leave is not entitled to the worker claiming any allowances for it according to the ministerial decision.
According to the ministerial decision was enacted due to Corona situation and to prevent its spread and save the employers interests.
**So if you have been quarantined and you have a balance of sick leaves, the period of quarantine will be deducted from them, and this leave is paid. And if all leave owed to the worker has been exhausted, the employer is entitled to deduct the wage for the period of quarantine
