Hi, I have recently entered in to rent agreement as as per agreement there are two clauses in regards to termination 1. Both parties are liable to give 30 days notice in advance as penalty for early termination 2. No other penalty chargeable for early termination other then 30 days notice Based on Understand that I had received when I took this property on rent, it was that no penalty is payable except you need to inform 30 days before you leave. Now owner is saying that you have to give 30 days notice without stay which effectively mean I am paying 30 days rent as penalty. Let me know whether mine or landlord interpretation is correc
