Our landlord file a dispute against us in Sharjah...

If your question is about your paying  rent, find the following information:
The Department of Property and Land in Sharjah is the competent authority for searching and settling any rent dispute between lessors and tenants.
Also, there is no law that allows any reductions of rental values to be paid.
The ONLY solution is to negotiate with the landlord to reduce the amounts to be paid and if the lessor does not agree to reduce the amount to be paid, in this case the rental value must be paid in full
