I asking about my passport until now my old madam...

We would like to inform you that if your salary has been delayed  then you can file a complaint against your employer in the relevant department for not having paid your salary

 As the workers hired annually or monthly wages are paid at least once a month and all other workers are paid at least once every two weeks and the employer will be called and obliged to pay your late salary

companies or businessmen shall not keep the passports of the workers as these passports belong to the country which issued it and no one can keep it but the owner. If any employer hold the passport, then the worker can file a complaint against the employer which will result in forcing the employer to return the passport to the worker, imposing a fine, and stop the services by the ministry of human resources and nationality.

According to the provisions of the Labor Law, which read as follows:

Article (56)

Workers who are hired at an annual or monthly wage are paid at least once a month and all other workers are paid at least once every two week
