Hi good evening
In October 2018 I was forced by my company to accept on an email that I have been promoted as a partner and they will only pay me my salary once there is enough funds in the divisional account.
In November 2018 they have renewed my official labor contract stating my salary is Aed 20,000.
Since December 2018 my company has not paid me my salary in full and I’m February 2020 I filed a labor complaint which has gone to the Dubai courts for judgement.
My question is that how strong is my case and how much I am entitled to get and can I also get compensation as my company has not paid me for so long and I was evicted from my house

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
