 The marriage contract is authenticated by submitting an application to the court according to the following procedures:
Sign the application form before of the notary public
The application is approved by the competent Judge
Pay the prescribed fees
Sign the transaction form before the notary
The signature of the competent judge and notarized receipt of the confirmation of the continuation of the marriage life
