Hello I am resident in dubai on my spouse visa i joined one company a month ago . They made me work there and refuse to pay me anything this company comes under dmcc so i processed through dmcc workplace mediation still they are refusing. When i left the company i have shared my bad experience for company through social media platform just to make aware other employees about the company now the employeer is threatening me that if i will file court case he will file criminal case against me for defaming the company i have wrote what happened with me that was truth that was not defaming.Now what to do in this situation should i process with court case for getting my full salary?
