Respected Sir, I need help and support from lawyer, I m trying to seek help from any aspect, this is a family matter my father is really stubborn which puts us thru daily challenges on regular bases, our mother is schrizophnic patients for which medically he is not paying to her small needs like finance, clothes, the important thing maid, we need house help someone who can bath her, feed her talk her outside for few mins as our father has already considered her dead but we kids donot want to give up we are doing the best and presently we need a 24 hrs maid for her who could stay in the home but he won't allow how can i take this matter legal and get my mother help can this matter representative legally

If your inquiry is related to your father's refusal to gire a maid to help the sick mother, find the following information:
We recommend you before filing any case against the father (HER HUSBAND), you have to try first talking to him and ask for his help. As for the legal aspect, The UAE Personal Status Law obliges the husband to spend on his wife, and in the case of your mother, a court case can be filed if the father does not comply to hire a maid to help your mother.
Find the article from the Personal Status Law related to your inquiry:
Article (63)
1. Alimony includes food, clothing, dwelling, medical care, servicing charges for the wife, if she is performing such services within her family, and all what the conjugal relationship kindly requires.
2. In assessing the amount of alimony, it shall be taken into consideration the possibilities of the debtor thereof, the circumstances of the beneficiary and the economic situation, in place and time, provided it does not fall below the sufficiency level.
3. In adjudging alimonies of all kinds, fostering and dwelling charges and all conditions on which depends adjudging all these, eye-witnessing shall suffice.

Respected, how to proceed this towards action right, how much is this case going to cost, only my is learning 8000 Aed per month, we want to first issue legal warning to our father as a request demanding and taking this matter seriously to hire maid or house help with providing finance monthly for her medical clothes and transportation, how much will the first warning issue cost and how can we proceed? without disrespecting him.
