I would like to know the age limit for child...

Please be kindly informed that, according to the Federal Personal Status Law that regulates matters of personal status and with regard to the maintenance of children in custody, the Personal Status Law No. 28 of 2005 defined those entitled to maintenance from their father as follows:
- Article 78 of the same law states: “The alimony for a young boy who has no money is on his father until the girl marries, and the boy reaches the point that he earns like him, unless he is a student of knowledge who continues his studies with usual success. His father, and if he does not have money from which to spend, the alimony for the female is due to her father if she is divorced or her husband dies on her behalf unless she has money or someone else who is obligated to spend on her. If the child's money does not meet his expenses, his father is obligated to complete it under the previous conditions.
- Article 79 states the following: “The father shall bear the costs of breastfeeding his child if the mother is unable to breastfeed him, and this is considered an alimony.” The expenses owed to the children shall be food and clothing (including clothes for the holidays, winter and summer clothing and schools), housing, medicine, medicine, education expenses, and even nursery fees. If the incubator is his mother, and the estimation of expenses is subject to the discretion of the trial judge.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 36/2 and Article 64/1 of the aforementioned law, Article 63/2/3: “- In assessing the expenditure, the capacity of the spender, the condition of the spender, and the economic situation in time and place should be taken into consideration, provided that it is not less than the sufficiency limit. In the judiciary of all kinds of expenses, custody fees, housing and the conditions upon which the judiciary depends on something of the foregoing. Pursuant to Article 64/1, "the alimony may be increased or decreased according to changing conditions." Finally, and for your information, alimony is in advance of all debts.
