I have resigned after 5 years of service. I have...
I have resigned after 5 years of service. I have joined another competitor but at different position. Moreover I do not have any business secrets of my previous . Employer has cancelled my visa but not paying my end of service benefits unless I provide him copy of my new visa. Has my previous employer right to hold my end of service due to this reason ? What is my position in this case.
