Sir please am staff of Nesto hypermarket here in sharjah....I have been defrauded by my company which is Nesto...which is...1.they have taken my passport from me,which is illegal...2.they cut my salary for five as emirate ID 3.over time moneyI work for 10 - 11 hours per day which is not right but it should be 8 hours per day....I called labour for help...labour also instructed my company to give what ever that they have in their possession which is mine to me but the company refuses to give it to me...so I decided to tell labour to forward the case to the court and today to my surprise I called the labour office the are delaying my issue..the receiver told me that they have rejected my case from going to the court...sir for which I simply don't understand.. I really want your help..I want to take Nesto to the court...I don't want to put the law into my own hands sir...
