I want to cancel my employment visa. I am working...
I want to cancel my employment visa. I am working in a private company. I sent resignation letter to my company on 8 sep 2020. My 1 month notice period ended but the company is asking for 2 months notice period and i cant wait for 2 months. In my contract 1 month notice period i want to go to labour court for this so my question is... Can i get cancellation in that case and can you help me for this?
