Can i come to saudi arabia by visa

With the exception of GCC nationals and those with valid residence permits, all nationalities arriving at Saudi airport are required to obtain a visa for Saudi Arabia. Always check with your travel agent, or the nearest Saudi embassy in your country before traveling. As long as you are a resident and investor in the UAE, you can enter Saudi Arabia without a visa
