We would like to inform you that if you continue to work with the employer after the end of the term of the employment contract, if the two parties continue to implement the contract after the expiry of its original period or the work agreed upon without an explicit agreement, the original contract shall be considered implicitly extended by the same conditions mentioned in it except for the term clause and the employer must renew your expired visa, this is according to the provisions of the Labor Law which stipulates:

Article (40):
 If the two parties continue the execution of the contract after the expiration of its original period of the expiration of the job as agreed upon without explicit announcement, the original contract shall deemed to be extended implicitly with the same conditions except for the duration term.
