Sweden has no standard immigration program, and the issue depends on having an employment contract / offer letter
You can travel to Sweden on a tourist visa then you can search for work during the trip duration.
Then the employer shall send the work contract to your residence place. Then, you can check with the Swedish embassy to obtain an entry on work visa.

Among the documents that are required to obtain a work permit:

School certificates

Also, one of the methods available for immigration to Sweden is that you have a husband or wife while either of them resides in Sweden, in that case. The applicant can apply for family reunion by the person in Sweden, who must review the interest of immigration and submit an application for family reunion, with the following documents attached:
Copy of passports.
A document proving the ownership of a home
Salary payslip / staetment
Marriage contract.
-Birth certificates for the children.
- A copy of the Swedish residence.
The competent authority will examine the application and take the appropriate decision.

Hi, Thanks for your prompt reply. I have received a job offer, work permit and European heath insurance card copy through mail from a company in Sweden. How can I check for its genuiity of these. I have already paid EUR. 3400 and now they are requesting me to pay another 2700 EUR for receiving the originals of the above by courier. Kindly help me

The above amount is for the tax insurance of the three year work permit including courier charges. 180 EURO for courier and balance on tax insurance on three year work permit. Kindly help me in knowing the genuity of these documents and mail.
