Please be kindly informed that according to the information provided to us in your inquiry and with reference to the Federal Labor Law regulating the nature of the contractual relationship between the worker and the workplace here, it should be noted that in the event of death Article 149
If a work injury or occupational disease leads to the death of the worker, members of his family are entitled to compensation equal to the worker's basic wage for a period of twenty-four months, provided that the compensation value is not less than eighteen thousand dirhams and does not exceed thirty-five thousand dirhams and the compensation value is calculated on the basis of the last wage The worker was paid before his death and the compensation is distributed among the beneficiaries of the deceased worker according to the provisions of the schedule attached to this law.
In applying the provisions of this article, the term family of the deceased means those who were totally or mainly dependent for their livelihood on the income of the deceased worker at the time of his death from the following persons:
1. The widow or widow
2. The boys and they:
A- Sons who have not reached the age of seventeen, as well as children who are regularly affiliated with educational institutes and have not completed twenty-four years of age, or who are physically or mentally incapable of earning a living. Children include the children of a husband or wife who were in the care of the deceased worker at the time of his death.
B - Unmarried daughters and this includes the daughters of an unmarried husband or wife who were in the care of the deceased worker at the time of his death.

4. Brothers and sisters according to the conditions established for sons and daughters
