We would like to inform you that the UAE Residence Law doesn't allow the alien worker to work unless with his sponsor, and he can't end the work contract illegally and run away from the sponsor.
Therefore, the solution is to negotiate with the sponsor to cancel the absconding case and allow you to transfer to another company.
Or, you can wait till the end of the contract then you can transfer to a new company without the employer approval.
