Hi I am a teacher at a private school.I submitted my letter of resignation and followed the labor contract of 30 days notice. My principal is refusing to give me a reference letter and experience letter. He has also advised my head of department to not give me a reference letter. He says that ADEK policy allows him to do this. They have already hired someone to replace me and I have helped to train this person. I need the requested items

The only document by the employer is the NOC to change the employer as the below article states:
Article 125
The Employer shall provide the worker, at the latter's request upon expiry of his contract, with an end of service certificate, which shall be free of charge and shall specify the service commencement and end dates, total period of service, the nature of the work he was performing, and his last wage and supplements, if any. The employer shall return any certificates, documents and tools belonging to the worker.
***Therefore, the complaint can be addressed to the Labor Office for legal treatment and specialization
