5- Get the NOC from her country embassy.
Besides the Sharia conditions as the presence of the bride guardian or anyone represent him and bring two witnesses then accredit the marriage contract from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and your embassies.

If we have bride’s, grooms, grooms parents consent to marry, but do not have bride’s parent’s consent to marry (without any genuine reason), is the marriage still inadmissible because then the bride will under illegal pressure and blackmailing from her family. In that case she will never be able to marry someone she wants. What can she do then?
