We would like to inform you that if you are expats and want to marry in UAE and want to know the marriage procedures you can review the Sharia Court and attach the following:
1- Your both passports.
2- Your residence.
3- Medical certificates to prove that there is no illness.
4- The wife social status to determine whether she is married, single or divorced.
5- Get the NOC from her country embassy.
Besides the Sharia conditions as the presence of the bride guardian or anyone represent him and bring two witnesses then accredit the marriage contract from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and your embassies.

If bride’s guardian and parents are forcing her into an illegal marriage somewhere else, and not allowing her to marry someone she wants, in that case, what would be you advice?

A marriage cannot take place in front of the court without the consent of the affirmative and saying, and therefore those who wish her family to marry her without her consent can clarify the matter to the court for the purposes of not concluding the marriage and without that marriage is not valid

If we have bride’s, grooms, grooms parents consent to marry, but do not have bride’s parent’s consent to marry (without any genuine reason), is the marriage still inadmissible because then the bride will under illegal pressure and blackmailing from her family. In that case she will never be able to marry someone she wants. What can she do then?
