I am going to apply fir Iraq visa and planning to go on 7 October 2020 and return on 20 October 2020 but my Dubai residence visa is going to expire on 31 October 2020 ,
Can I visit Iraq and consulate of Iraq will issue me a visa

Please kindly know that if you do not want to apply for an entry visa to Iraq and you are residing in the UAE,
It should be noted that it is a condition that your residence permit be valid for a period of not less than two (02) months at least.
Otherwise, your request will not be accepted.
It should also be noted that the validity period of the passport must not be less than 6 months,
