We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.

 you shall inquire through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation website:

 the Emirati Authority has issued the following decision: Holders of entry permits, including visitor or tourist visas to the UAE, whose validity period expired after the first of March 2020, must have a 30-day period to leave the country, starting from July 11 to nov 17, without any fines being applied to them.

This period is renewable, only once for another month, after which the visitor must leave the country in the event that he is unable to change his status, and violators of the specified periods will be subject to fines for each day of delay in leaving the country.
