-Submit the application online

-Log in with the smart card to the e-services portal of the Ministry of Interior.

-Click on "Residency Services" from the menu, and choose the "Issue Return Resident Permit" service.

-Enter the personal number of the expatriate.

-Enter the return permit data and the permit reason (exceeding six months, losing a passport, damaging a passport, exceeding and losing a passport, damaging / losing a residence permit card, exceeding and damaging / losing a residence permit card).

-Enter notes, if any, and e-mail.

-Click on "Next" and pay the prescribed fees.

-Submit your application by paper

-Fill out and submit the official letter form by the recipient or the employer.
