We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwaiti Labor Law, you have to review the work contract and the company policy, if the contract stated to give the worker the ticket then they shall grant him the ticket, if the worker doesn’t want to travel then the company shall give him allowance, unless the worker terminate the work when the contract finished nit before as this is violation and doesn’t deserve the ticket or the allowance.
