Thanks for your clarification, flexible permit in Bahrain is a permit that allows a qualified person to work and reside in the Kingdom of Bahrain without an employer (a sponsor) for a period of one or two years renewable, where he can work in any non-specialized job with any number of business owners Full-time or part-time. This permit enables its holder to work in any non-specialized jobs and is not allowed to work in restaurants, salons or hotels.
In regard to apply for the flexible permit, use your mobile phone and send a text message containing your ID card number to 33150150
If you are eligible for the flexible permit, you will receive two text messages from the Labor Market Regulatory Authority that include:
· Confirm your eligibility to join the system.
· Your passport must be valid for at least six months, even if you do not own it.
· You are not required to provide the original passport when applying.
· You will be contacted on your mobile phone by the Labor Market Regulatory Authority call center 17103103 to confirm the date and time of your appointment, and a confirmation will be sent on your mobile phone if you confirm your appointment.
· After confirming your appointment date, please come to North Sitra Industrial Area for Expatriate Services of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority on the specified date.
Flexible permit fee: 749 BD for two years or 427 BD for one year.
