Hi Good afternoon this is John Santos Im OFW EXPAT from Philippines and working here in ABU DHABI Im about to renew my sons visa but when we go their they told me I have a case and the system was blocked they cannot issue visa to my son and told me to fix the issue thru my bank. I will honestly tell you that Ive got a problem with my cards payment last year when my father was diagnosed with hypertension and my mother also got hospitalize with heart problem also. I have five cards and I already close 1 which is HSBC and the other is about to finish hopefully this coming November the other 3 I will pay one by one the problem is my visa will expire this coming October 28 and the company need to renew it they will know that time that their is a problem... Sir can you advise me how will I know who are those who file case against me and how will I fix it before the extended deadline if the immigration will give me till Nov. 28, 2020. Hoping for your help regarding this matter. I'm leaving with my family here with my wife and son and cannot afford right away to pay for my balances in my cards but I dont know if the company will give me an emergency loan for this matter.
