It is permissible to add seniority in the contract based on a decision issued by the President of the Dubai International Financial Center in accordance with the text of Article 5 and 6 of the Center Law, which gave the president broad powers to take any decisions necessary for the functioning of the center. Seniority may not be added until after this approval is issued.
