I am egyptIan engineer , I shared malaysian to open restaurant since Aug 2018, I have 2 years agreement issued from his company, we have no profit since opening restaurant, based on agreement I can get my capital after one year , however it is more than 2 years I did not get my capital , I want to rise a case against the company to get back my capital , what is the possibility to earn such case , is it considered civil or criminal case, what is the approximate time to get it completeed in court, thanks
