General conditions for issuing a visa:
A valid passport (the passport must be valid for at least 90 days from the date the visa was issued);
Invitation letter:
For a private visit - a letter of invitation certified by the relevant authority of the Republic of Serbia;
For a business visit - letter of invitation from a company in Serbia;
For a tourist visit - confirmation from the tourist organization of the paid arrangement (voucher or other confirmation of payment);
Completed Visa Application Form - (PDF);
Photograph (dimensions 3.5 x 4.5 cm);
Reservation of a return ticket or itinerary (copy of driver's license and insurance in the case of traveling by car);
Proof of financial means to reside in Serbia;
health insurance;
Visa issuance fee.
To issue a transit visa, you must have a visa from the country you enter after crossing through Serbia. If a visa is not required for that country, further proof of the purpose of the trip to that country is necessary.
The diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Serbia reserve the right to request additional documents when submitting a visa application. Incomplete visa applications will not be
accepted.
