How cant to late register to my twins baby

Please note that if you want to register a new born, even  if it were a Twins, in Kuwait, then you’ll need to provide the following,

Documents required to register newborns :

1- Copy of the birth author

2- Passport and civil ID of the father.

3- The passport and civil ID of the mother

4- The original marriage contract for the parents, certified by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in case the document was issued outside the country.
